"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and i will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. 14 I will be found by you," declares the Lord, "and will bring you back from captivity".
Most people who read this, is thinking that this doesn't mean anything to them. I didn't for awhile. Then when I found that I wadered off from the path that God had led me and that had created some trouble in my life. I thought that it was over. I was not going to be a good child for God. I sinned and I can only be saved once.
Not True! All of us are imperfect and will stay that way until Jesus returns. So God has made promised to save us when we call upon His name and seek him with all of our heart! God is so full of grace and mercy because He is a god who LOVES. He wishes no one to perish but to come to Him and learn of Him and His ways.
In Malachi 3 verse 10, God says this,
"Test me in this and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out much blessing"
If you obey God, call upon His name and seek Him first, he will open up the gates of heaven for you!
